Greens in Progress: Turf’s Going Down at Pine Royale

It’s getting real- here’s your first look at the greens taking shape.

There’s something about that first layer of turf going in that makes it all feel official, and at Pine Royale, we’re thrilled to say it’s happening. Our team has started laying down the turf and the greens are looking good.

From carefully leveled surfaces to rolls of pristine green being set into place, every inch is being shaped with precision and a whole lot of anticipation. These aren’t just any greens. They’re the heart of our 9-hole course: approachable, high-quality, and ready to challenge beginners and regulars alike.

We’re using premium synthetic turf designed for a smooth, consistent roll (yes, your putts will thank us), and it’s being installed hole by hole across the property.  Every day brings us closer to a course that’s not only playable, but downright beautiful.
