Callahan Club & Resort update
· Construction is moving on the wider resort next door. The whole thing, Splash Royale included, is due in 2027.
The golf course came first, but it was never meant to be the whole of it. Callahan Club & Resort is going up around us, and the pace has picked up noticeably over the summer.
The full resort is scheduled to open in 2027, and that includes Splash Royale, the water park — the part most people ask about first.
Progress is posted at callahanclub.com as it happens, which is the place to follow along. Nothing changes here in the meantime: the course, the range, Mini Royale and the kitchen all carry on as normal through the build.
