Outside Services Attendant

Outside Services Attendants are responsible for the daily upkeep, staging, and rotation of the golf cart fleet, as well as maintaining a clean and well-stocked driving range. This includes opening and closing duties, assisting guests, and ensuring golf balls are continuously available and properly cleaned. We’re looking for dependable, guest-focused team members to join our Outside Services team. This role is essential to keeping our golf operations running smoothly and ensuring players have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

About this opportunity: 

  • Location: Pine Royale 54002 Deerfield Country Club Rd, Callahan, FL 32011
  • Compensation:  Starting at $15.00 Hourly
  • Position type: Part-Time/Full-time Hours vary, weekends, nights 

What we are looking for in an Outside Services Attendant:

  • Reliable, punctual team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to follow procedures and maintain high standards
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily assignments and on-call rotation
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time.

What will you do as an Outside Services Attendant

  • Stage, clean, and prepare golf carts each morning for guest use
  • Maintain the driving range, including setup and daily operational readiness
  • Clean and rotate golf carts throughout the day
  • Assist guests by loading golf bags onto carts
  • Pick golf balls from the range and ensure consistent availability
  • Wash golf balls and refill the ball dispensing system
  • Follow all opening and closing procedures
  • Keep the cart barn organized according to cart and charging assignments
  • Maintain trash receptacles on the course to ensure they never overflow
