Pro Shop Staff

As part of the Pro Shop team, you’ll be the face of our golf operation. You’ll check in guests for their tee times, process payments, answer questions, and ensure the Pro Shop stays clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll also support with merchandise presentation, club rentals, and overall guest experience.

About this opportunity: 

  • Location: Pine Royale 54002 Deerfield Country Club Rd, Callahan, FL 32011
  • Compensation:  $16-$17/hr
  • Position type: Part-Time/Full-time Hours vary, weekends, nights 

What we are looking for in a Pro Shop Associate:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism
  • Comfortable learning POS systems and basic golf operations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Friendly, polished, guest-focused demeanor

What will you do as a Pro Shop Associate?

  • Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome
  • Check in players, book tee times, and answer general questions
  • Process payments for golf, merchandise, and rentals using the POS system
  • Provide rental clubs and assign golf carts when needed
  • Share course information, directions, and current specials
  • Assist guests with merchandise, sizing, and product recommendations
  • Handle concerns with professionalism and loop in the Lead when needed
  • Keep the Pro Shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Restock merchandise, unpack/tag new inventory, and help with inventory counts
  • Maintain displays and merchandising standards
  • Monitor low-stock items and communicate reorder needs
  • Ensure the tee sheet stays accurate and up-to-date
  • Coordinate with Outside Services and Starters about tee time changes
  • Follow dress code standards and present a polished, professional appearance
  • Build rapport with returning guests and create a positive guest experience every time
